ROUND MOUNTAIN CREAMERY

In summer 2022, I had the opportunity to work with Round Mountain Creamery as a feasibility consultant. Round Mountain is 22-acre goat farm in Black Mountain, NC specializing in making their own goat cheeses on-site. My role was to evaluate the business-end of the farm and complete a feasibility study in order for the farm to apply for grant funding. The study was to show that investments will generate a return. Part of this process involved visionary work and maximizing all that the farm has to offer as a Cheese Trail agro-tourism destination.
